Cette carte permet de consulter le PLU de l'Eurométropole.

Les documents opposables sont consultables sous forme de planches PDF.


Plan Local d'Urbanisme (PLU) de l’Eurométropole approuvé en Conseil d’Eurométropole du 31 mai 2024.

Le PLU est le projet de territoire de l’Eurométropole de Strasbourg à l’horizon 2030. Il est aussi un outil réglementaire qui fixe les règles de la vocation du sol.

Strasbourg est doté d’un Plan de sauvegarde et de mise en valeur, approuvé par arrêté préfectoral du 7 juillet 2023 qui couvre la totalité du Site patrimonial remarquable.

Il remplace l’ancien PSMV de 1985 et l’a étendu essentiellement au Nord de la Grande-Ile, au cœur de la Neustadt, partie sur laquelle s’appliquait précédemment le Plan local d’Urbanisme (PLU) de l’Eurométropole de Strasbourg.

PSMV et PLU ne sont donc plus opposables aux demandes d’autorisation d’urbanisme (permis de construire, de démolir, d’aménager, déclaration préalable, certificat d’urbanisme …) sur le périmètre du PSMV.
